About the Wellington Property Investors Association (WnPIA)

Wellington Property Investors Association (WnPIA) has been serving the Capital’s investors since 1973. We are a non-profit organisation developed to support, educate, and inspire members to manage and benefit from their property investments.

The Wellington Association is one of many PIAs throughout New Zealand that are affiliated to the New Zealand Property Investors Federation Inc.

We are your fellow property investors: meeting together to share ideas, information, resources, and experience.

What We Offer:

• Educational Meetings: Each month, we host informative sessions that provide the latest insights into the property market and investing strategies. Meetings are now available via livestream for members only.

Our Meeting Venue:

Lifepoint Church Auditorium
61 Hopper Street, Mount Cook, Wellington

Doors open at 6:45pm for refreshments and networking with our Speaker’s presentation beginning at 7:15pm.
The meeting usually ends around 9:00pm with some more networking and doors close at 9:30pm.
